Each of our classic T- Bone Steak averages around 16oz. Dry aged for a minimum of 14 days they’re cut 1 1/2 inches thick. All of our hunks of meat cuts are USDA wrapped at our local processing facility.
Currently, our beef is available only through local farm pick up in Ferndale, CA or local delivery up to an hour out from Ferndale! Our lamb and beef will be available for shipping soon, please subscribe to our newsletter for updates on release dates!
