
Our Grassfed Chuck Steak beef cut averages around 16oz each. Finished on the abundant green pastures of the Foggy Bottoms all our beef cuts are dry aged a minimum 14 days. All meat cuts are USDA wrapped at our local processing facility.
Currently, our beef is available through local farm pick up in Ferndale, CA or local delivery up to an hour out from Ferndale! Our lamb and beef is available for shipping on the West Coast only, please subscribe to our newsletter for updates on release dates!
