FBB Loyalty Program

Reward Points applies to any new purchases. The purpose of the loyalty points (at this time) is to replace the paper punch cards customers get when purchasing scoops in-store. The new rewards system allows all purchases, whether scoops or other products bought in-store or online, to be used for redeeming discounts.

We truly appreciate you joining the program and we will continue to add to it as we grow! You can currently get rewards for any purchases moving forward. 

Here is the current breakdown: 

• You receive 8 points for every $1 you spend 
• You receive 20 points for joining the program 
• You receive 500 points for your Birthday reward
• Redeem 300 points for $5 off (In-Store only)—this replaces the paper punch cards for free scoops 
• Redeem 1,000 points to get $8 off (In-Store or online)—This is the newest reward we added that goes beyond scoops! 

How to Join: 

• Sign in or sign up for a FBB Account. If you have purchased before you should have an account already. Click the Loyalty button in the right hand corner - it's blue. You will start receiving points for every $ you spend!
• DON'T FORGET to add your phone number to start receiving updates via SMS! 
• ADD YOUR BIRTHDAY to your account so when the special day arrives you get those birthday points.
