All of our beef is finished here at the Foggy Bottoms on verdant green pastures. Utilizing regenerative farming practices we aim to sequester carbon and promote biodiversity for healthy ecology and communities. Our beef and lamb is harvested by a small local family owned butcher a short 20 minutes from the farm. All cuts are dry aged 14 days and carry a USDA seal of inspection.
