In our Grassfed London Broil each cut averages approximately 1.5+ lbs. All cuts have been dry aged a minimum 14 days. This is a beautiful piece of meat cut for your enjoyment. Our beef are harvested locally and raised on the pastures of the Foggy Bottoms. All meat cuts are USDA wrapped at our local processing facility.
Currently, our beef is available only through local farm pick up in Ferndale, CA or local delivery up to an hour out from Ferndale!
