Our Grassfed Flat Iron Steak Beef cut averages 1lb each. Otherwise known as the shoulder or chuck filet, this steak is perfectly marbled and extreme tenderness is ready for your dinner plate! Dry aged a minimum 14 days and cut 1 1/2 inches thick this is the ultimate cut. A perfect combination of flavor and tenderness. All of our hunks of meat are USDA wrapped at our local processing facility.
