In our Grassfed Ribeye Steak each cut averages approximately 12- 16 oz. All cuts have been dry aged a minimum 14 days and cut 1 1/2 inches thick. This is a thick slab of meat with excellent marbling. Our beef are harvested locally and raised on the pastures of the Foggy Bottoms. All meat cuts are USDA wrapped at our local processing facility.
Currently, our beef is available only through local farm pick up in Ferndale, CA or local delivery from Rio Dell to McKinleyville
